Spring Program
- We provide scholarships for qualifying participants. Call Tyler in our office at 317-429-9965 for more information.
- There are multiple locations to choose from for our classes (see below). Players may only participate at the site for which they registered.
- Classes at Ellenberger Park, Lawrence North High School, Marian University, and Perry Meridian High School will be held on Sundays only on April 16, April 23, April 30, May 7 and May 14 (our weather make-up date is May 21).
- Level 1 classes for 5- through 8-year-olds will be held from 2-2:45 p.m., while Level 1 classes for 9- through 18-year-olds will be held from 3-3:45 p.m.
- PLEASE NOTE: The April 16 Level 1 classes at Marian University will be held four hours earlier than normal. The 5-8-year-old class will be from 10-10:45 a.m., and the 9-18-year-old class will be from 11-11:45 a.m.
- Level 1 classes are designed for players who have either just started playing tennis or have limited experience, and are still working on being able to rally with another player. You can find more about our level system here.
- Level 2 classes will be held from 2-3:30 p.m. at Perry Meridian only. These classes will consist of match play (with instruction) to get the players ready for competitive matches.
- Level 2 classes will be held from 3:30-5 p.m. at Perry Meridian only. These classes will consist of match play (with instruction) to get the players ready for competitive matches.
- There are no refunds.
- All participants and family members must follow the policies and procedures of the school, university, or Indy Parks. Only participants are allowed on the courts.
- Tryouts for Levels 2 and 3 Match Play classes will be held on April 11 at Marian University. You may register your child for a Level 1 class, and if the child passes a tryout, we will move them to the next level class.
2023 Summer Program Instructions
Please keep in mind that all participants must wear regulation tennis shoes. Black-soled running shoes, cross trainers and basketball shoes permanently mark the tennis courts and ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Potential Level 2 and Level 3 participants are required to try out unless the player has passed a previous NJTL tryout.
